The design locates at Wenzhou Commercial City of Gongzhuling City, Jilin Province. Due to its monotonous and arbitrary design and interrelated interference streamline, it is difficult to form a stable business radiation system. The purpose of this design is to change the current status and forged a new spatial experience of CBD. The inspiration of The VENS CITY derives from the basic form of the vein. The leaf looks simple, but the structure is intricate. The vein connected the all parts, and sustains fundamental living demands of organism. To apply the vein into the design concept of the city, concatenated all the corners of the sophisticated blocks by using the most flexible design techniques, and worked out a reasonable and functional network disposal and communication streamline, forged a multi-layered, multidimensional spatial experience.

The design services to Wenzhou Shopping Mall of Gongzhuling City, Jilin Province, the location of areas is in the Wenzhou Shopping Mall ‘s CBD, around the mall, there is farmland, industry, residential place and shopping center, perfect location, because the many kinds of land types be able to use, in that case, the different backgrounds people gathered here, rich tourists, so it is an excellent downtown location. Because of the old downtown has had been designed many years ago, and there are not suit for today, so there will do redesign, to build urban complex, will become a new landmark of the city. Inspired by the basic form of the veins. Leaves are simple, but the structure is complex, nerves will be connected to the various parts, and to effectively maintain the basic requirements of life. Introduced the concept of urban design in the veins, with the most flexible design approach of every corner of the old neighbor- hood back in series of complex, design features and reasonable layout of network and communication lines, creating a different kind of spatial experience.

Vertical veins effect: blocks inside the trunk road passing the business district, through the city center, strengthened the venues and cities blend and optimize site traffic within the environment. Underground rail-transit through the whole block, linking the city center and the airport, railway station and other major transportation nodes. Horizontal veins effects: green business will be decentralized arrangement of green space in residential areas, business district, ribbons in different locations, is to maximize green space in people’s eyes. Create “trails the veins” concept, each connected to a Ribbon in the form of trails in the sky, reducing traffic but also to introduce color into the ground, creating a kind of spatial experience. COMMERCIAL SYSTEM Radiation effects in the veins: the traditional business and innovation of the underground pedestrian space to create difference shopping and leisure experience, closely linked to underground business street area and underground rail to ensure convenient, ground commercial area with high-rise office buildings, apartments and other integration to meet the needs of working life and leisure.
